In a later phase also activities in English will be added.
The programming perspective is very ambitious and
based on two distinct, but complementary

·
Body and spirit in natural
environment (Gert Roscam)
o
Yoga
o
Body-mind centering (BMC)
o
Contemporaneous dance
expression and performance
·
Nature and Culture (Willy
Weyns)
o
Hiking and practical
philosophy Rando-philo
The
first course has been scheduled in July 2006, on the theme ‘my thinking body’
(in Dutch).
In 2007, a second workshop
has been organised on the theme ‘the way of
nature’ (in Dutch).
In 2008, the first French speaking workshop under guidance of Michel Tozzi and
Willy Weyns
is
organized on the topic 'from idividualism to conviviality' (august 11-15th)

children.

courses are under guidance of specialised, highly skilled teachers and
facilitators.
Concrete
programs are always nnounced in real time at the moment and in the language they are scheduled.
Advisory Committee for the 'Rando-Philo' activities
An
Advisory Committee is currently being installed.
Its members are philosophers and experts in public participation. This
Committee will be consulted and give advice for the programme, the eligibility
of animators and the quality control of the original 'rando-philo'
method-in-the-making.
The actual members of the committee are: Prof.emer E.Vermeersch and Dani De
Waele (philosophers at Ghent University), Prof. Jozef Keulartz (Philosophy,
Universities of Wageningen and Nijmegen) and Marie-Agnès Bernardis (Cité des
Sciences, Paris).

Gimeno (+)
Brillant and promising philosopher of French origin. Doctorate at Ghent University: 'Critique de la raison écologiste'.Numerous publications about environmental philosphy and animal ethics in peer-reviewed periodicals, and academic lecturer until his sudden death in 2003.
Intense philosphical dialogues and a growing friendship with Willy Weyns were fostering the 'rando-philo' initiative, that will become concrete two years later only. For this reason, Leaudelure owes a lot to him, and will endeavor to disseminate his work in some of the practice-weeks 'rando-philo'
